Final Prayer
Lord
Bring this Cross now from my pocket
Enshrine its lessons in my mind
So when life's hardships befall me
Your presence I will find.
That the purple of
repentance
May humility bring to me
My sins please forgive and teach me to live
A life more worthy of Thee.
Let the golden Cross in the corner
When my world is cruel and cold
Remind me of the greatest life ever lived
And the greatest story ever told.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and
to the Holy Spirit
as it was in the beginning is
now and shall be forever Amen
And may
Your divine assistance remain with us now and forever.
As on Easter Day we shout: Christ is Risen
